V1.3 Sideboard added. Most any matchup that I've had that was one-sided in my opponent's favor has been Mill, Weenie, or Affinity(with the dream 4 or five spells on turn 1).
V1.2 The deck is running more smoothly now. Seems to be good at making enemies because 4 out of the first 5 games I played with the update ended with my opponent scooping and saying something negative in chat XD
The Plan
Make your opponent second guess every spell they play and if they ever manage to get out a big creature, steal it, or make it fight itself, or turn it into a monkey....
The "Dreams"
1) Familiar's Ruse bounce Spellstutter Sprite cast Spellstutter Sprite
(16 possible counter spells)
2) Scion of Oona on opponents endstep + Scion of Oona on your turn.
3)Mirror Mockery on Sower of Temptation
Whenever you swing you can steal a blocker. If they try to kill Sower of Temptation you can respond with Familiar's Ruse, sending the creature you stole back to their hand.
Honorable Mentions
Mirror Mockery
Best case scenario, your opponent puts a creature on the battlefield that has a "when it enters the battlefield" trigger, if they ever decide to attack, you will also benefit from the trigger when the copy is made. It renders most aggro creatures useless.
Pongify
I'm going to start by saying, I don't know why this card is not in most blue decks. For one mana at instant speed you take a creature away from your opponent and give them a token that is very easy to deal with. "Oh, you cheesed out a ridiculous creature that will surely win you the game? Have an angry monkey!"
Negate
I know everyone knows this cards but I have to give a shout out because I think it has secured me most, if not all of my wins, handling Planeswalkers and nuisance spells in general. The rest of the deck handles creatures just fine so that leaves negate to handle most things that would be hard to deal with.
