My take on a simic elf tribal. Play Ezuri, Claw of Progress early and get as many experience counters as possible (5+ is good). After getting 5 experience counters, play:

Blighted Agent for infect win.

Sage of Hours for infinite turns.

Simic Manipulator for taking control of most creatures.

Joraga Warcaller to buff all the elves.
