Wincons

First things first: Infinite mana will help make this so much easier, but because infinite mana isn't going to happen all the time, we can create a lot of mana that feels almost infinite. I am sure I am missing some of the combos, this is off the top of my head.

0: Walking Ballista or Staff of Domination or Duskwatch Recruiter   or Lore Weaver (also includes Ley Weaver to grab Lore Weaver, Kinna, Bonder Prodigy is the main outlet. Obvious mana sinks but I'm putting it here just in case someone misses it.

1: Cloudstone Curio + Elvish Visionary with Laboratory Maniac or Thassa's Oracle

2: Yisan, The Wanderer Bard + Umbral Mantel or Freed from the Real or Pemmin's Aura, getting a one mana creature, Elvish Visionary, Laboratory Maniac / Thassa's Oracle , Lore Weaver

3: Symbiotic Deployment with either Imperious Perfect + Intruder Alarm or Freed from the Real or Pemmin's Aura. Or you can bounce / flicker your dudes with Cloudstone Curio or Wirewood Symbiote

4: Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter / Intruder Alarm + Symbiotic Depoloyment + elf that produces 3 mana

5: Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter / Intruder Alarm + Heritage Druid or Birchlore Rangers + Imperious Perfect

If you have infinite mana you can use Cloudstone Curio + a creature + Frilled Mystic (Wirewood Symbiote almost does this. If Frilled Mystic is in your deck but the rest of the pieces are in play, you can use Skyshroud Poacher to counter spells at any point to protect your combos.

Possible cards to add

Collector Ouphe This card is amazing for creature based decks to slow down other decks, unfortunately this isn’t an elf so it’s not as good as it could be here but it would really help artifact hate. This card is significantly worse now that Kinnan is the commander because it shuts off a lot of our mana ramp and one infinite mana combo.
Hermit Druid Deep Analysis Memory's Journey These cards with Thassa's Oracle and Laboratory Maniac is amazing. Specifically Oracle, we can put three cards with Memory's Journey on top of our deck, the top being Oracle and casting Deep Analysis from the graveyard, then casting Oracle to win.
Gaea's Herald This would prevent our threats / wincons from getting countered. That’s really important.
Marwyn, the Nurturer Another way of going infinite with Umbral Mantle, a worse version of Selvala, Heart of the Wilds but still good with Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy
Multani's Acolyte Elvish Visionary I used to run the Visionary in the deck but it isn't necessary any more. If you want the one you'll probably want the other.
Incubation Druid I’ve been going back and forth on this one, it’s a pretty good mana dork but I dislike spending the mana into it instead of casting a second elf. Probably personal preference.
Momir Vig, Simic Visionary This card got a lot worse with Kinnan as the commander because now our easiest combo is with Basalt Monolith and this does not make it easier. Still worth considering if you're going for a more creature heavy build.
Oak Street Innkeeper This is more protection for our creatures. Acts like Eladamri, Lord of Leaves but only if we tap out, or tap our creatures on opponents’ turns. This card maybe isn’t good enough for the more competitive build but good enough for the casual build.
Spectral Sailor / Thrasios, Triton Hero These are good infinite mana outlets, but there’s no way of tutoring for it or getting it out, so I dislike this compared to Lore Weaver which we have a way to tutor for with Ley Weaver, which is one more than we have for this. That one tutor is a large difference. Again, this would probably be better for the more casual version of this deck. I am currently unsure how I feel about running these cards in Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy because they are the infinite mana outlets we can get from having Kinnan in play, but they're significantly slower than any of the elves, making them by far the worst of the outlets to draw.
Tezzeret the Seeker This big guy is like a second Fabricate but better because he can put Isochron Scepter, Basalt Monolith, or any of our other artifacts straight into play. He's not good outside of this, but it wouldn't hurt to increase our tutors for infinite mana.
So, this is where I would recommend some lands to play if I do decide to add the Hermit Druid combo. The ones that come to mind would be Alchemist Refuge, Mana Confluence, Command Tower, Reflecting Pool, and City of Brass. These each kind of help but obviously we would want to replace some of the fetch lands because we'd be limited to 2 fetchable lands (Tropical Island and Breeding Pool).
Now, we have Birthing Pod in the deck, but we don't have a way to combo out with it, but it would be a good idea to consider playing Scryb Ranger, Fierce Empath, Great Oak Guardian, Temur Sabertooth and Multani's Acolyte or Elvish Visionary. This would let us go infinite with Pod and get infinite mana. You could also play Prime Speaker Vannifar to increase the likelihood of drawing into Pod combo.
