This is the deck I usually play when I want to win. Pulling out Ezuri is usually followed by groans at my LGS. When I first got the Ezuri, Claw of Progress precon deck I thought it was going to be a straight forward Overrun type deck like Ezuri, Renegade Leader. After a while I discovered that the reality is Claw of Progress is a combo deck in disguise. The trick lies in Sage of Hours, once you get up to at least 4 experience counters and drop Sage of Hours you get infinite turns. The secret is that is a very easy thing to do. The deck is filled with cards that give me experience counters. Most utility creatures, like Realmwright and Joiner Adept , give me experience counters. Nissa, Voice of Zendikar reads +1 get an experience counter. Most of my creatures give me an experience counter so Jalira, Master Polymorphist reads T, get a creature that give you an experience counter. Even Monkey Cage can get me an absurd amount of experience counters. And once I reach 4 experience counters I can Chord of Calling or Eldritch Evolution out my Sage of Hours and get my infinite turns. Even with only Ezuri out and a Defense of the Heart or a Tooth and Nail I can get Hornet Queen + Sage of Hours and go off. Sage get exiled? No problem! The deck is filled with alternate win cons like Cultivator of Blades and Craterhoof Behemoth (PB was 2,600 trample). Have Panharmonicon out? Drop a Hornet Queen and get 8 tokens and 18 experience counters. Have Master of Waves? Hit it with a Rite of Replication kicked. The deck is full of so many combos that it's hard to put them all down, there's just SO many.
