My current Elf beatdown/combo build.

Combos:

Sword of the Paruns + combo elf that produces 4+ mana: Creates infinite mana.

Umbral Mantle + combo elf that produces 4+ mana: Creates infinite mana and the equipped created has infinite power.

Staff of Domination + combo elf that produces 5+ mana: Creates infinite mana, infinite life, infinite cards (read: draw as many cards from your deck as you want).

Argothian Elder + Maze of Ith OR Wirewood lodge and Nykthos/Itolomic/Gaea's Cradle if you have it (assuming you have enough starter mana available to activate Nykthos the first time) + Mana dump = infinite mana during combat step

Outside of that normal beats are completely doable. This deck runs more mana sinks than necessary mainly because I Switch out Ezuri for Freyalise if the deck is to strong for a table since it makes combing a little harder, also for when Ezuri is either stolen or someone is preventing me from using him for whatever the reason. Feel free to take out some of the extras, Rhonas was one I specifically put in here as an extra mana sink and can easily be cut, as well as Nylea. The maybe board contains additional elves that can go infinite as well as some really good utility cards that I have either thought about putting in or tried and had decent results but eventually cut it for something else . Obviously Gaea's Cradle is amazing in here, run it if you own it.
