Okay, so I'm scrolling on the modern section and click on a delver list. Then I got the idea to go make a budget version... hope this works!! Any feedback is appreciated!!!!

The Creatures Show

Young Pyromancer: This guy does WORK!! Never would ever swap him out.

Delver of Secrets  : The NAME of the deck. Need I say more??

Stormchaser Mage Incredible card. This thing has flying, haste, and prowess all in one Izzet flavored package!.

The Removal Show

Lightning Bolt: Uh... bolt.

Electrolyze: this can hit straight to the face or on a creature. Also card draw.

Vapor Snag: if we can't kill em', bounce em'

Izzet Charm: shocks a guy.

The Card Draw Show

Electrolyze: can burn up to two targets, AND gives us a card.

Izzet Charm: Faithless Looting for

Gitaxian Probe: a little bit on the expensive side, if you don't want to go above $30, then replace this with Faithless Looting

Telling Time: While technically not card draw, it gives us a card out of three choices, so we usually won't be disappointed with the end result. Also has good synergy with Spellheart Chimera

Twisted Image: this card is wonderful. Kills a spellskite, and gives our Stormchaser Mage 3 more damage, when needed!

Thought Scour: draws us a card, and we'll always be targeting our self with it.

The Counters Show

Mana Leak: pretty much a definite counter, as our opponent will most likely not be able to pay , if he/she does it will slow them down a bit.

Mindswipe: Counter on a flaming stick?? Yes please!!

Izzet Charm: a strictly worse Mana Leak.

Spell Pierce: SOO good. in the early game is difficult to play.

Lands:

They speak for themselves.

PLEASE give me any feedback, as I am new to the modern format. Keep it budget :D!
