Extortionists with Sniper Rifles (Standard MTG Deck)

Deck designed to abuse the Extort/Guttersnipe combo. Fairly straightforward, a few extort creatures, Guttersnipe, and Obzedat, Ghost Council make up the core of the deck. Powering the combo are a bunch of low cost instants/sorceries, most of them kill spells. Dreadbore is pure value for this scenario, as is Lingering Souls. Sideboard pretty much speaks for itself, Immortal Servitude is there in case you go up against a deck with a lot of kill spells, dump all of one of your 4-ofs back on to the battlefield at once. If theyre all Guttersnipe, this is particularly nasty if you have mana open for a follow-up instant or something.

Thanks for all the input everyone! I've been heavily debating whether Chandra, the Firebrand is more useful here than Obzedat, Ghost Council so I've switched them out and will hopefully be playtesting the change shortly.
