Sideboard

Want to play with cards that seem to break the rules?

Want to make sure you have to explain how the stack works at least once per game?

Want to play Emrakul, the Aeons Torn turn two with haste?

Then you may enjoy some Breaking & Entering

Your primary goal with this deck is to hit the combo, casting Kari Zev's Expertise or Sram's Expertise and playing both sides of Breaking / Entering into Emrakul, Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre or Griselbrand as quickly as possible.

This doesn't seem like it should work, but as a result of how Fuse cards work, both halves are in fact played. And because both halves happen on the same card Emrakul or Ulamog can be reanimated if they're in the 8 discarded.

While a turn two Emrakul is possible and usually a game winner, sometimes you just don't get the pieces. In that case, you have a pair of card:Into the Breach to either get the combo pieces if you are ahead with Griselbrand or clear the board with Emrakul.

You also can play brain in the jar on two (and hopefully tick it up using a mana dork or Simian Spirit Guide on their turn, so you can cast Breaking / Entering on the second charge counter.

Your first few turns you'll be ramping via Birds of Paradise and Noble Hierarch. These are important for the turn two Kari Zef's or turn 3 Brain in a Jar. It's also important to have a creature in play to target with Kari Zef's, otherwise it's a dead card.

You can also just give your opponent creatures using Forbidden Orchard. Most people will not bolt a gift 1/1, so when you steal it from them to attack with Emrakul they will be caught off guard.

In case your opponent is on game one Graveyard Hate you can cast Beck / Call to get you some defense and cards (you get both off the Expertise cards).

Simian Spirit Guide is all gas.

Out with Yahenni's in with Sram's!

Now with 100% more mana dorks and a lot less disruption.

We've also moved to a pain-based mana base so we can play blue in the sideboard against combo.
