This deck is an experiment. I try to figure out if I can abuse the combination of Sigil of the Empty Throne with Shimmering Wings . Now these two do work together but I need to get to them fast and have them quickly on the field.

Cards like Mana Leak and Pacifism should delay the opponent a bit. While a card like Wall of Runes is a decent blocker and a target for Shimmering Wings the scry 1 should help a little as well.

The 0 mana drops are all simply added as a means to getting a target for Shimmering Wings as they don't cost anything. Casting Sigil of the Empty Throne having one blue over throwing a Memnite out and then making the first angel is basically the plan with those.

Now time to figure out how I can improve the deck within a budget.
