So I'm aiming for a fun, 50-75% multiplayer spellslinger deck. However, I've never played black/a combo deck in commander, or any card with the word storm in it. However, I had a Jeleva deck I had piecemeal-ed out, and a bunch of on color cards sitting around in my collection that fit in, so this is mostly stuff I had laying around except for around ten cards I got specifically for it. I'm hoping to figure out how to have it use Jeleva to the best of her abilities, do fun combos, and just in general cast a ton of spells.

Any help is appreciated, I'm looking to update the manabase first to maximize high tide value and be better in general, but I'm not sure what all to do from here and how to tune it for what i'm trying to do.
