Removed Plains —Oct. 24, 2018
Removed all of the white-only land from the deck, as Swamps will trigger both Isolated Chapel and Tainted Field. I increased the overall Swamp count to help compensate. I tossed another Gemstone Mine in, because I really like that it recharges with Orzhov Basilica.

Life gain from Sorin's Thirst as well, just further sealing the deal on the Anguished Unmaking swap. Though, I still stand by my initial assessment that the 1 extra cost from Utter End is totally worth it in decks without reliable life gain.

After more testing, the dual Teysa legends Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts and Teysa, Orzhov Scion pair really well together (go figure).
Creating Black/White tokens and then sacrificing them to exile things and recouping mono-White tokens is just dastardly, as the main hardship I've found for this deck so far are swarm-type decks that can afford to lose creatures attacking me despite Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts being in play.

On further consideration, I've decided to swap the 4x Utter End for 4x Anguished Unmaking.
On a second glance, and after playing a few games, the life gain from Kambal, Consul of Allocation and Obzedat, Ghost Council plus the already considered dire-case option of using Swords to Plowshares on my own creature turns out to be more reliable than I'd previously thought.
We'll see how that goes, I'm generally not a fan of low-mana cards that involve life loss in decks such as this because I like to be able to eat damage from an attack round or two as a buffer and to invite the opponent to leave themselves open, but I don't anticipate any regrets.
