After a bunch of testing I decided to drop Ingot Chewer, Hoard-Smelter Dragon, and Goblin Tinkerer in favor for 4x Viridian Revel 4x Natural State. In my testing I found that cheap 1 mana artifact destruction and the constant draws from Viridian Revel is more consistent.
