Was looking at an edh list and I came across this bad boy. Since this is basically tutor what I need for, I am gonna try it out and possibly run a 4 of with it just cause its utility is so good. Let me know what you guys think and what i could take out for a 4th if possible.

Unclaimed Territory would work since the changelings will be anything. Maybe drop some mutas?

Sorry I haven't been able to get back comments in a while wasn't working for me. I don't really like the Polymorph since it costs 4 and causes me to lose i assume to be a changeling. Drift of Phantasms works great especially since it cant be countered which is huge since my lgs is counter heavy. And Unclaimed Territory is gonna be a good add in I believe. But will not swap for mutavault.

Looks super fun! Id mention Mutavault in the description, seems like a really consistent way to turn on your D-Path I didnt even pick up on until comments section. Mana Confluence is a good way to ensure you can play out your combo, since once its active you basically win. I might go down 1 Surrak and 1 Iona for some interaction or countermagic main board, even a Negate could be sufficient. Really nice build, +1

Hey, cool to see a fun deck like this getting some attention. These are exactly the kind of builds that drew me into magic in the first place. Descendant's Path caught my attention when it was first printed and it's cool to see an inspired deck like this using it :)

+1!

mypethuman1 thanks for your opinion. Im all about using and abusing wacky functions in mtg. And when I saw this, I just had to do it. It may not be top tier, but it will give your opponent nightmares.

This looks like a fun shell to slap some dangerous creatures into! I am new to my local area and will be putting together some brews for the modern night at my LGS. This looks like it would be tons of fun to play but would love to hear how you're playtesting is going.

As far as playtesting goes, this isn't 100% consistent but when it does go off it is hard to stop if people do not have solid removal. Usually if i get it off turn 3-4, I can win. If someone does have control or a lot of removal, side in some Not of This World to help out with that. Although you can adapt the deck to the local meta of your lgs as you wish. and as far as big creatures, just use whatever you want. I just picked a few baddies to show off. I am not gonna try and promote you to spend all this money on this deck thinking you will win everything, but when it does win, it is quite funny.
