I had Vhati il-Dal sitting around in my Legends binder and saw a deck with him the other day, so I thought what can I brew up with this guy. The basic idea is to control creatures through Vhati and either -1/-1 effects or counters, or ping damage. I don't think the deck has a win condition yet. The maybe board is things I cut out of the first card dump.
