As soon as this card was spoiled, I knew I wanted to make a deck around it. It was the kind of thing I had been looking for for a while, a deck in izzet colors that would function off of discarding and cycling and the like. There are a few cards that aren't doing much so far, but overall I'm liking it. It could definitely be better though, feel free to leave any suggestions in the comments.
