A Commander deck based around Enchanted Creatures and expanded upon from a Pre-Release deck (which was actually a Selesyna Enchantments deck but with a bit more Green to it). The deck focuses around Eutropia's ability to plus any creature and give it Flying, though for redundancy purposes there are a lot of creatures that already have Flying in this deck. Naturally there are a lot of Enchantments in this deck including a few disruptive ones like Ashiok's Erasure, Frogify, Kasmina's Transmutation and Mystic Subdual which interfere with the opponent's strategies while also triggering Eutropia.

There are also cards that leapfrog off of the Constellation abilities such as Protean Thaumaturge which can copy any other creature in the deck every time an enchantment enters the battlefield, this can be some really strong creature with an amazing ability on your opponent's side or something like Nylea's Colossus which doubles the power of your creatures, allowing them to swing in for damage more appropriate for the Commander format. Oath of the Ancient Wood has a similar ability to Eutropia so if the Commander is out of action then the deck can still function with it's main strategy. Enchantments Shimmering Wings and Whip Silk can be bounced back to hand to help trigger Eutropia multiple times per turn and these are the main strategy in the deck to keep it ticking over. Protect Eutropia with cards like Starlit Mantle, Curators Ward and Shielding Plax.

The deck also takes advantage of the natural strengths of Green and Blue and has more card draw and Mana Ramp than you might know what to do with, Simic Signet, Talisman of Curiosity, Dryad of the Ilysian Grove, Growth Spiral, Wolfwillow Haven, New Horizons, Omen of the Hunt, Wild Growth, Altar of the Pantheon, Kiora's Follower, Sanctum Weaver and Bounty of the Luxa all help ramp up a bit quicker, particularly the Dryad and the Weaver. To help get to certain cards easier there is a lot of card draw in the deck with cards like Bounty of the Luxa, Eidolon of Blossoms, Fathom Mage, Primal Empathy, Bred for the Hunt, Omen of the Sea, Brainstorm, Thassa's Emissary and Growth Spiral. Narset allows you to dig into the deck a bit to help find Enchantments.

Arasta gives you advantage off other players casting Instants and Sorceries allowing you to create a spider army should they fall into that trap, Callaphe forces your opponent to pay extra mana for targeted removal, Renata accelerates the +1/+1 counters in the deck by providing one on creatures that get cast as well as being a powerful target for Hydra's Growth while Destiny Spinner allows the strategy to go ahead without worry of being Countered, the Spinner being in the deck as protection and enhancement for your Enchantment creatures. Hypnotic Siren provides an outlet for you to steal your opponent's best creature or a creature that is fundamental to your opponent's strategy. Wildwood Scourge adds counters to itself if you put counters on something else which makes it a neat inclusion in this deck, particularly with the deck's alternative win condition.

This deck can be played as a Voltron deck by constantly powering up Eutropia and then using something like Hydra's Growth, Nylea's Emissary or Nylea's Colossus to finish the job. It can also be played as a go-wide deck by assembling an armada or Enchantment creatures and said strategy is particularly good with Arasta of the Endless Web out which can generate Spider tokens, but there is an alternate win condition in Simic Ascendancy to ensure your +1/+1 counters don't go to waste. Get to 20 counters, survive until your next upkeep, hope to God that your opponents don't have any removal for your Ascendancy and you win the game! If you have a Sage of Hours part could can build up infinite turns with the bounce enchantments to reach that combination easily. While the Simic colour combination is the one with the most combo potential and arguably the most powerful combination in Commander, this is a more "fair" Simic deck which looks to build around Enchantments primarily rather that rely on some specific combo, though the Commander still has combo potential and you can run stuff like Hydroid Krasis, Finale of Devastation and Nyxbloom Ancient in this deck.

For budget reasons I'm running Devastation Tide where Cyclonic Rift would be. Unfortunately there are few other board wipe options in this deck other than Tide, Whleming Wave and Cyclone Summoner that doesn't bounce Wizards and Giants so Eutropia doesn't get bounced..
