This deck looks to maximize Etrata's potential to hit a player and thus trigger her win condition mechanic. There's lots of spells that clone, protect, or simply boost Etrata's chances of getting a "hit."

Aside from using Etrata as a win condition, this deck has all of the other blue/black shenanigans that one would expect from House Dimir.
