Eternal Dominion of Riku

Commander / EDH

Kreldin

Maybeboard

Early ramp include Farseek, Skyshroud Claim (best ramp ever), and Cultivate. Oracle of Mul Daya will help us continue putting out lands later on. Artifact ramp include Sol Ring, Mana Vault and Gilded Lotus. Chromatic Lantern fixes our mana and makes all those colorless utility lands worth something more. Ancient Tomb and Temple of the False God give us a lot of mana, and who cares about 2 damage?

Draw engines include Consecrated Sphinx, Urban Evolution, and Mulldrifter. Fact or Fiction and Guided Passage help us dig deeper, while Parallel Thoughts will get us exactly what we want. But it's risky, so we have to protect it with good counter magic and use our draw engines to draw the Parallel Thoughts cards faster before someone destroys the enchantment.

Isochron Scepter allows us to place a card like Mystic Tutor or Wordly Tutor to fetch for whatever we want.

Copying all this ramp and draw is important, so we have Twincast, Reiterate, Mischievous Quanar, and of course, Riku.

To protect ourselves and our creatures, we have a lot of counter magic. Force of Will and Pact of Negation are perfect oh-shit counters, while Hinder and Spell Crumple allow us to tuck their commanders. Counterspell, Voidslime, and Cyprtic Command are excellent counters. Finally, Venser, Shaper Savant, Mystic Snake and Glen Elendra Archmage allow us to abuse them with cards like Riptide Laboratory and Erratic Portal.

Anyway, the main point of the deck is to steal our opponent's stuff. Bribery is vicious. With Riku out, we can copy Bribery on the stack, steal two creatures, then copy both creatures when they enter the battlefield (assuming you have the mana). Blatant Thievery and Insurrection can be game finishers on their own. Finally, the coup de grace is Eternal Dominion. Copied while on the stack, and with Paradox Haze in play, we can easily steal 4 permanents a turn.

We can generate infinite mana with Reiterate + Turnabout and Banefire the table (copying Banefire with Riku and other copy effects).

Seedborn Muse + Vedalken Orrery allow us to play magic on our opponent's turn, and Teferi prevents them from interfering on my turn.

Relic of Progenitus is a great way of preventing graveyard shenanigans, Hull Breach lets us get rid of nasty artifacts/enchantments. Crucible of Worlds can help us recover post-land destruction or to abuse fetch lands. Phyrexian Metamorphs helps us get rid of hexproof commanders/creatures. Mystical/Wordly Tutor help us get what we need when it's time to go off.

Finally, Capsize, Evacuation, Starstorm, and Cyclonic Rift are perfect for resetting our opponents board. Capsize is especially cruel with Seedborn Muse on the field.

The biggest threat to the deck is Homeward Path. It's definitely a prime Strip Mine target.
