Might be too slow for competitive modern, but I think this might be a fun little gotcha deck to put together.

Using Torpor Orb, Hushwing, and Tocatli Honor Guard you can 'cheat' in some high value creatures without the negative ETB. Hunter Horror without giving your opponent the tokens, Leveler without losing your library, etc...
