I did not have a control-ish Commander Deck yet and decided to build one. I really like playing creatures, so having some with good ETB was my compromise to make a control deck. Brago, King Eternal could be in the Command zone instead of Ephara, but I think some people are really scared by Brago so I decided to go with a more passive one.

I was planning to build a Bant version first, but I ended up with more cards than I can fit just in UW.
