This is a Budget Commander deck. Etali, Primal Storm is a crazy fun card to play which is why I thought it'd be interesting to make a deck around. The objective is to get Etali out asap with the 40+ cards devoted to ramp. There is also a good chance you'll have something to give Etali haste when he drops.

One thing you guys should know about Etali, Primal Storm is that this is a group hate deck. It is very easy in a full commander game to piss everyone off the second etali comes out. Play without looking back, it's more fun that way. The only form of politics you will have is from supreme board presence. Rule with fear my friends.

Tapped out is acting funny and won't register Servants Generator, that is my missing card.

I noticed during my 1v1 games with this deck I wont always be able to keep up. I've sideboarded in land destruction to slow their pace down. Also the level of annoyance raised is a bonus. Destroy their lands and take everything else.

I'll be testing out the land destruction in multiplayer games as well. Etali has such great board generation and free plays that even when I remove my own lands as long as etali is protected I can keep casting spells with his ability while other players scramble to build their lands back up. So I'm removing card draw and some other cards that just don't synergize as well.
