I made this deck for a modern format where one out of six players play Eldrazi ramp with Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger and the rest plays lots of large creatures. So this deck's focus is to counter and control the board by getting rid of those big critters before they hit the field or delaying them and meanwhile wining the game with lots of flying lizards that breathe fire, doing all of this with creatures that lower the CMC of your control spells and lizards.

After much consideration and a great deal of contemplation I have decided to move Divination to the sideboard since it can be useful if you need slightly cheaper card draw and I have replaced it with Foresee for the additional Scry 4.
