With the addition of Siren Stormtamer I finally decided to build Wizard Tribal in Modern.

Wizards have access to some neat options to control the game:

• Voidmage Prodigy is the key card of the deck. His ability is essentially Counterspell and allows us to stop our opponent from playing magic.
• Siren Stormtamer can counter spot-removal, discard spells and burn spells while being a 1/1 flyer for just one mana.
• Meddling Mage stops threads before they even enter the battlefield and is great if you know what you're playing against. Our other wizards do a great job protecting the mage which makes it really hard for our opponent to play around him in certain matchups.
• Reflector Mage is our answer against creature based strategies and can swing a fight in your favor when being put onto the battlefield at instant speed thanks to Aether Vial.
• Vendilion Clique takes our opponent's hand apart at instant speed.
• Metallic Mimic + Sage of Fables make our wizards bigger while the sage also generates card advantage to support the control plan of this deck.
• Dark Confidant is the other card advantage engine of this deck and combos nicely with Sage of Epityr to minimize the lifeloss.

The card advantage options this deck provides along with Voidmage Prodigy help to swing the game in our favor and control what hits the board while Path to Exile is our go-to cheap removal for threads that slip through.
