I have a soft spot for Sphinxes and this is the first deck I've owned and built (with lots of help).

Using Sharuum the Hegemon as a commander in combination with other grave cycling strategies, I hope to cheaply cast chubby artifact creatures from the grave.

So far Magister Sphinx and Nevinyrral's Disk proved to be the most useful cards retrieved in this manner, although Magister was once stolen before entering play and used against me.

Is there an effective way to safeguard against this? Are there essential recommendations that I'm too much of a newb to know about?
