Alright, so the game plan is to generate enough treasure tokens to win with Revel in Riches, but HOW we do that is where the real jank begins.
For those of you that don't know, Anointed Procession actually doubles the amount of treasure tokens generated by our treasure-spells, which makes generating treasure that much easier.
Basic combos: Dowsing Dagger + Revel in Riches. Dagger generates tokens for your opponent that are easy to kill with your wide array of removal spells and wraths. Additionally, Leave allows you to return your daggers to your hand so that you can play them again, giving your opponent more tokens!
Dowsing Dagger + Glint-Nest Crane: Because Crane is a flyer, its able to get over the tokens that the dagger generates, meaning that you can easily ramp into your expensive win conditions. Crane is also able to fetch up your Treasure Map
, which acts as the deck's fundamental source of card advantage as the game progresses.
Why is Filigree Familiar in this deck?: Robo-fox gives us another target for Crane while also being a cutie-patootie. The life-gain and card draw also keep is relevant against strong early game threats.
Finally, cards like Spell Swindle and Fatal Push are just in here because of the inherent synergies with Revel in Riches.
