Different version of Ryan Primeau's Angelic Renewal deck in blue/white that recently Top 8'd Rags to Riches 11, so all credit goes to him. Tighter budget but the idea is the same. College is expensive and this sucker sits pretty at about $15.

Basically, I swapped out some lands and enchantments to drop the price. Ash Barrens is a great card but a playset would literally make up half the cost of the deck. Those were swapped with Terramorphic Expanse. Azorius Chancery was exchanged for 2 Islands and 2 Plains. Additionally, Journey to Nowhere and Oblivion Ring were replaced with Weight of Conscience and Temporal Isolation respectively because they are specifically auras and are fetchable by Heliod's Pilgrim.

The sideboard was also rearranged to take out the 3 Circle of Protection cards. Nihil Spellbomb replaces Relic of Progenitus for actual money reasons and to make up draw speed that we lose from dumping Ash Barrens ; I also swapped in a Swamp in the mainboard. Spreading Seas is here for fetchable land hate and more draw speed.
