Get started with a Grim Initiate and keep attacking with it until it dies. Keep doing this with any Grim Initiate’s you get. Use Cast Down To get rid of any pesky blockers or attackers that might be a danger to you until you get your army started. Use Dreadhorde Invasion to start off your army and to keep making it stronger. Use Fountain of Renewal and Ill-Gotten Inheritance to keep up with the life loss of Dreadhorde Invasion. Keep building up your army with cards like Relentless Advance, Enter the God-Eternals and Invade the City. Place down Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God and slowly work your way up to his ultimate (in other words his third ability, I just like to call those ultimates) while distracting your opponents with your army. Since Dreadhorde Invasion makes your zombie army have lifeline whenever it attacks, you’ll be gaining crazy amounts of life as well, keeping your opponent(s) away from Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God even more.
