A first attempt at a spell-slinger deck.While vulnerable without counters, Jeleva can appear from nowhere and wipe one or more players out of the game. Throw in some extra combat spells, bit of spell steal,and a splash of extra turns, the deck allows for flexibility against other builds. Comments and +1's are needed to improve this build. Preferable cards are cheap ways to reset Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge, spells or noncreature permanents that steal resources, and an analysis on current card choices. Cheers!
