I wanted to make a Pauper deck of just commons. Finding a general was just too hard to pick without thinking about non common cards. I decided to let chance weigh in by looking through a "crap rare" box, and finding the first possible commander that I haven't used yet. I came across Borborygmos Enraged and said why the hell not him. Lands are common!

There's a "fight" sub-theme that can take care of pesky creatures and help clear a path to swing in.
