This deck focuses on using cypher to extort opponents. It also has the possible combo of Vizkopa Guildmage and Exquisite Blood for an infinite life drain. This deck will tie up opponents with Hands of Binding, and refresh my hand with Last Thoughts, while Blind Obedience is included to slow the opponent, counter haste as well as it having extort. Invisible Stalker is used to deal combat damage to the opponent consistently as it is unblockable and is immune to removal spells due to being hexproof. Crypt Ghast is used for mana acceleration and extort. I put in Blood Reckoning just for an added touch.

In the Sideboard, Blood Reckoning is included in case I duel a Boros or a Selesnya deck. Illness in the Ranks is specifically included to oppose Selesnya decks.
