It a heck of a lot faster than you think. I thought the same till I made it. More often than not I have the completely shut down by turn 3 or 4.

I consistently lose to infect because it is consistently fast than my deck. But it is consistently faster than a lot of decks. I agree with you and have added things to speed it up, but as infect is the most power deck in the modern meta I have always been prepared to lose. I do like utopia sprawls and have added a couple but the elves just don't do what I want.

the elf "combos" with Sprawl since you are able to get 4 mana on turn 2 or is just a slightly worse BoP
