Sideboard

If you are either new to magic or you have never heard of Enchantment Prison, then you are in for a treat. This is the ultimate deck for annoying many decks as possible, and winning just as many. I have actually made this deck and run it consistently, though haven't gotten all of the cards yet. If you want to know why I have the cards I do in this deck, here you go:

  • Blind Obedience- Takes away a blocker for one turn, and disrupts any decks that use haste creatures or tapping artifacts. Not to mention there are always those games you can just extort your opponent to death.

  • Ghostly Prison- This one is self-explanatory. It is much quicker than Sphere of Safety so I have a quicker protection against Aggro decks.

  • Oblivion Ring- Takes care of anything that I can't leave on the battlefield, like planeswalkers or any cards with ETB effects.

  • Stasis Snare- A little extra protection against things like Emrakul, Aeons Torn with haste. That tends to otherwise be problematic.

  • Privileged Position- To give my permanents hexproof. I chose this instead of Greater Auramancy because it avoids cards like Abrupt Decay and I can still, with a good hand, get it out turn 3.

  • Gideon's Intervention- To give myself protection from anything that may be problematic. Like infect creatures.

  • Sigil of the Empty Throne- Gets off faster than Luminarch Ascension, and provides a less risky alternated win con to Starfield of Nyx.

  • Sphere of Safety- Amazing later in the game, because just one most times makes it so my opponent will never be able to attack me again.

  • Starfield of Nyx- A late game bomb that makes all of my enchantments become creatures. The best but most risky win con in the deck, as it makes my enchantments susceptible to board wipes.

  • Utopia Sprawl- Just a little extra ramp.

  • Courser of Kruphix- Helps me know what I'm going to draw when I play off the Eidolon of Blossoms and cycles through the land I don't want to be drawing off the top of my deck as I want to be drawing enchantments.

  • Eidolon of Blossoms- As I generally go through my hand very fast, I need to keep drawing cards. This comes in handy a lot.

  • Heliod, God of the Sun- A big body that helps me summon more enchantments if needed.

  • Herald of the Pantheon- Amazing with life gain and with making my enchantments cheaper, he was an obvious addition to this deck. I would have lost so many games without his help and life gain.
