Enchanting Extortion

Kazekiri Score: 39

I am White/Black

Before this starts, my card funds are limited, but I am still open to any suggestion someone has.

Wow, this deck has changed a lot over time. With help from many people, such as DaGabester, thecrimsonchin8, Taytora, and mrbloo1848 I think that this deck has become decently competitive at my LGS, and I look forward to introduce it to the community. This deck is reliant on getting enchantments out and ruling over what ends up staying on the field through enchantments, and Vault of the Archangel's wonderful ability on Lingering Souls and Sorin, Lord of Innistrad's token engine. If I am able, I will end up stacking those fun emblems to increase my potential life gain and presence.

Who wins? — July 1, 2013

Thinking of adjusting this deck a bit, so any help is appreciated, but on the the main point:

Who wins in the 5-drop slot, the Big Bad Ghost Dad, the ever helpful Blood Baron of Vizkopa or the friendly angel who buffs EVERYONE when any extortion happens, Archangel of Thune?

Question — April 27, 2013

I just got a Liliana of the Veil, should I put her in here?

What to drop? — April 14, 2013

I need to drop one SB card and one MB card for Underworld Connections and Obzedat, Ghost Council, respectively. Personally, I'm thinking maybe an Ultimate Price for the sideboard but I'm lost on the MB. Little help?

Debate: Souls, Rhox, Angels, or Ghost Dad? — April 9, 2013

So my Entreat the Angels slot isn't doing a whole lot, and I'm debating on replacing it. Question is, should it be replaced by a fourth Lingering Souls, stay as Entreat the Angels and be a happy accident if it shows up, become a third Rhox Faithmender for all the life gain, or should the big bad Ghost Dad (Obzedat, Ghost Council) make a grand appearance? Tell me which and why?

Comment Clear/ New Cards Update — April 7, 2013

Clearing the comments to allow for newer discussion, I also have new cards put in thanks to people helping me out, I think I only have one or two cards left to obtain, but they aren't something that hinders the deck greatly

Dunno if This is Good or Not — March 31, 2013

Well, I played a few multiplayer games with some friends last night using this deck (my LGS had booster draft, so we didn't go.. Maybe next week this deck will see an FNM), and they targeted me immediately after seeing my deck, so I assume that means it's good haha. Once they saw the sleeves of the cards, one groaned and they both ended up targeting me. Still got 2nd in both games though.

Help with a Decision — March 18, 2013

I'm considering replacing 2x Pacifisms with 2x Orzhov Charms for added removal. Is this a good idea or not and why?

Sideboard Help — March 8, 2013

I need help creating a sideboard for this deck. Any suggestions? I'm not good at making sideboards at all..

Blightcaster would be a good fit with all the enchantments you have, especially if you adopt enchantment creatures later on.

How about Ajani's Chosen to go with all the enchantments and give you more board presence?

Overall, I'm waiting on rotation before adding anything from m14 into it because I think what is already in there is better than what m14 brought in. However, I have made a different deck for the post-rotation so I can continue discussion over there.
