Everyone loves Atraxa, Praetors' Voice, everyone loves planeswalkers, and everyone loves infect. So here is something a little different. Though, not in any way new. Enchantment decks do exist already.

I've never played an enchantment based deck before, and they have always looked fun, plus, people never really play much enchantment removal. It seems like a fun archetype. I was kind of inspired by Helix Pinnacle, and there are actually a lot of good enchantments. A lot that use counters in some way.

There's also a few enchantments that counter spells of certain colours for a cost - Deathgrip, Douse, and Lifeforce. I stumbled on this by accident while looking for enchantments with 'counter' in the rules text. They're cheap, and seem like a low opportunity cost. At the very least, they cycle when they ETB.

A brief explanation of seemingly out of place cards:

Declaration of Naught: is pretty useless in commander, outside of trolling one person by not letting them cast their commander, but if we can get enough mana, we can assemble a little combo --- Eldrazi Displacer + Felidar Guardian, blink Declaration of Naught in response, and choose the name of the spell our opponents just cast.

Ritual of Subdual has a similar combo, though with Flickerwisp instead of Felidar Guardian. Blink the Flickerwisp, and on our turn, our mana works. At end step, Ritual of Subdual comes back, and locks our opponents mana out again.

They're janky, and need multiple pieces, but if the combos are ever assembled, they seem they could be be great.

Parallax Tide and proliferate seems like a good combo. As long as the Tide can be protected, we can keep our opponents off mana indefinitely. It is a card better drawn early, as an early Tide could keep all opponents very far down on lands. If it can be played before they start ramping, it could be very oppressive.
