I've been trying to build an Izzet/Jeskai artifacts deck for months now, and after several false starts, Elsha of the Infinite seems like it might stick around for a bit.

The deck has some degenerate combos, notably based around Sensei's Divining Top, cost-reducers like Herald of Kozilek, Etherium Sculptor or Foundry Inspector with Elsha's prowess, Aetherflux Reservoir, Chandra's Ignition or Reckless Fireweaver as win cons on the one hand, and classic Krark-Clan Ironworks, Scrap Trawler, Myr Retriever, Chromatic Sphere and Terrarion shenanigans on the other.

Given all the card draw, the deck also runs Jace, Wielder of Mysteries as a fall-back option, as well as good old fashioned combat damage via a big Dance of the Manse.
