The goal of the deck is to play a chain of equipment and artifacts from the top of your library, triggering prowess from Elsha of the Infinite and other value generators like Jhoira weatherlight Captain, Puresteel Paladin, Sram Senior Edificer or Jeskai Ascendancy.

Some cards like the wellsprings exist in order to cantrip through the top of the library and filter any land or un-flashable type of spell, most lands are easy cheap fetches and cycling lands for the same filtering purpose.

Every creature has a distinct purpose, either being a wincon like Aurelia at the top of the curve or being alternative equipment holders like Valduk or Kemba who can easily flood the board. Dalakos, Danitha, Herald of kozilek, Etherium sculptor and Semblance Avnil are the easiest way to chain artfiacts from the top with Elsha on board, Ugin the ineffable being the best of this bunch, discounting by 2 and giving the ability to filter the top of the library. Sun titan, Stonehewer Giant and Simulacrum being value creatures by themselves.

As mentioned, Aurelia is one of the main wincons, resolving her means usually taking two opponents at once, Karns temporal sundering being another powerful wincon for the deck or even a catch up tool.

This is a budget-ish build but still powerful equipment includes things like Sunforger(With a little sunforger package, lapse of certainty, mandate of peace, dispatch) Darksteel Plate, Loxodon Warhammer, Umezawas Jitte, Sord of the Animist or Blackblade reforged.

Upgrades include a more efficient mana base with fetchlands, equipment like Sword of feast and famine or the newest Theros kid in the block Shadowspear. Using some spells as Preordain, Ponder or similar more powerful cantrip effects.
