Time to sling some spells! Elsha's here to cast noncreature spells and stare contemplatively at a piece of bubblegum.. And she's come to the conclusion that the bubblegum may or may not exist.

This is a list made mostly for my own use, I got excited about the badass djinn monk so now I'm heavily modifying the precon 2019 deck to suit my tastes.

Gameplan is as follows

Cast mostly control-spells to manage the flow of the game and make sure you're not rushed down.

Try to get off combos to generate tons of mana/infinite turns/high storm counts (and storm off with grapeshot/thousand year storm etc.) Make big prowessed Elsha commanderkill your opponents/fireball to the face.
