The goal was to build "the" Elsha of the Infinite deck. It's low on lands/interaction so as to remove as many things that could possibly prevent you from casting spells off the top of your deck. There's probably a version of this deck with some amount of interaction but I wanted to see how the most extreme version of this deck would run first. The only goal was to use the commander to the fullest ability.

One of the things I noticed in playtesting is that you really feel Elsha's 5 mana cost as you try to race to cast her so maybe trying to play it as fast as possible isn't the most viable method.

Attempt to get Elsha out as soon as you can. You probably won't be able to storm off until a turn or two after you play her.
Cast spells off the top of your library and figure out if you can piece together a kill/win. You'll probably spend most of your time in step 2 and there are a few things you might run into that could stop you from storming off completely. The goal is to try to see what line is more reliable here as you likely won't have enough mana rocks/cost reducers out to go infinitely just yet. Your goal here is to land those ever-important cost reducers and find a way to filter out your lands (Mana Severance and Sensei's Divining Top work best).

If you can get Elsha over 21 power see if you can remove someone.

So you've managed to play enough mana rocks/cost reducers that you can cast anything left in the deck. Once you get Sensei's Divining Top out you should be able to draw your deck and get cast triggers each time you replay Top. At this point, just Grapeshot the table and wrap it up. If Top should somehow be removed, you've also got Reiterate + Turnabout for infinite mana/casts that you can use to prowess someone out of the game.
