This budget deck is all built around Shaman of the Pack, because you can't tell me the idea of draining your opponent out from full with a 3-mana creature doesn't make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up. We're running a lot of elf staples like Llanowar Elves, Heritage Druid, and Elvish Archdruid, but the real spice comes from Panharmonicon and Throne of the God-Pharaoh.
Panharmonicon is a little slow for most decks in Modern, but Elves just might pump out enough mana to make it reasonable, and once it's on the battlefield, we get insane value from Elvish Visionary and Sylvan Messenger on our way to enormous Shamans of the Pack. Throne of the God-Pharaoh, meanwhile, lets us take advantage of how easy it is to naturally tap most of our board without attacking. Smuggler's Copter is a backup tap-enabler, but it's also just a great evasive beater that helps fix our hand while surviving board wipes.
Throw in a playset of Fatal Pushes for early interaction and we have ourselves a deck.
The sideboard is VERY speculative. It's mostly pretty standard stuff, with a few copies of Prowess of the Fair to hedge against board wipes and control, allowing us to keep our board full of elves in preparation for a follow-up Shaman of the Pack.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, especially on making the main deck more consistent and on the sideboard. This is the first real Modern deck I've put together without a template and I could use any help I can get. As for budget, I'd prefer to keep any additions very cheap. Thanks!
