And it'll be hard casting phantasmal image, it would be better to use Phyrexian Metamorph instead. Gotta love phyrexian mana
I don't think that Phantasmal Image is worth the blue mana.

Uhm....One problem here.
While Elvish Visionary is an awesome card...if you don't have all 4 on the field by the time you Primal Surge , you lose.
You'll flip your deck upside down, be left without a library, they'll etb and you draw a card and deck yourself.
So...might want to pull them out. =)
