Sideboard

So why is mono blue so good? Well for the most part before BNG splashing a color didn't make it vastly superior than if it's kept mono.

I'm not sure if my Simic splash is better than mono blue but it definitely addresses the huge weakness of Master of Waves, that being '"take it out and you lose all those lovely tokens too".

The evolution solution - Master Biomancer, now we have the attitude "sure fine take out Master of Waves i've still got a bunch of 3/2's".

So we like that synergy - no we love that synergy, so how can we abuse it - Fated Infatuation is the answer.

My turn / Opponents turn, it really doesn't matter, it's result's in a hugely powerful boardstate - Master of Waves in hand , copy Master Biomancer on opponents turn, for huge tokens. Target my key pieces - fine I'll make a copy before it's removed.

So we have an abundance of 4 drops key to our strategy, and a UUU costing instant, how do we help ourselves - Kiora's Follower and Sylvan Caryatid are the answer. 8 ramping cards which help mana fix.

Anyone of these rampers Turn 2, followed by Biomancer Turn 3 into Master of Waves turn 4, is a brilliant way to curve out.

Devotion - now we're splashing green, for inclusion of Biomancer, naturally we're not going to hit such high devotion levels, but with Nightveil Specter , Thassa, God of the Sea is still very powerful and easy to switch on her as a creature.

I think the splash is jusitified, we won't be creating so many tokens with Master of Waves but I'd rather have 3x 4/3's than 5 2/1's (which are easy to be wiped out).

Hall of Triumph nice boost to protect our elementals further in case Master Biomancer isn't out before them. Also makes things coming in after Biomancer even bigger.

Thassa's Rebuff and Cyclonic Rift gives the deck both some permission in what it allows opponents to do as well as responding to their board state with things that they do get out.

Bident of Thassa is really good card draw when combined with Thassa, God of the Sea ability to make something unblockable or even simply when our aggro creature strategy is unfolding.

I'd really like help with the sideboard - so far its work in progress and I haven't put much thought into it, so suggestions and recommendations are most welcome.

Jace, Memory Adept very good versus control.

Mistcutter Hydra really good against any deck running blue.

Simic Charm in case our opponent has a lot of removal and we need to protect our permanents including Kiora.

Pithing Needle really good at shutting down problem cards and opponents planeswalkers

Tidebinder Mage - with the rise in popularity of red/green monsters this is a great card for our deck.

jace arhitect of thought - I don't want this to be a Jace deck, but if I'm up against weenie aggro, he's so good at hosing them.

Elixir of Immortality just a one of in the sideboard, but boy did I wish I had this in a previous sideboard in another deck, when I was on the receiving end of a surprise Phenax, God of Deception.

All comments and suggestions welcomed, I like the idea of the deck, but believe it to be work in progress and would like some help 'evolving' it further.

Last point, I don't have Kiora, the Crashing Wave but I'd like to eventually put a couple of her in main deck.

Thanks for your time looking at my deck.
