I'd look at a possible change of Cultivate for Growth Spasm because you get an extra mana that is useable right away for the same cost, without using a land drop.
in my opinion you shouyld only run the 3 big Eldrazi, forest and Eldrazi Temple . all other creatures should be used only to ramp. check out ramp to eldrazi for my take on this deck
Tooth and Nail is fun. so is Defense of the Heart
it is a very well balanced deck but the one that i created (even though it has about 110 cards) i am able to get my big eldrazi's out and win the entire match in about 6-7 turns. the only reason i keep the deck that large is because i play against a lot of "mill-out" decks (a deck in which your opponent forces you to basically discard your entire deck).

IMO if you are running the Overgrown Battlement s, you should be running 4x Wall of Tanglecord aswell. And maybe some Wall of Vines too. Reasons being, it'll help against flyers, provide strong defense on the ground too, and will make your battlements tap for more.Now, as for what to remove, most of the land fetching is pretty unnecessary, as the tiny amount of extra mana can easily be gained by the battlements while the slots are used in your defense instead. Also, Skittering Invasion is not a terrific card. Awakening Zone would serve you much better in its stead.
