Hit them quick and as hard as you can. Use Forerunner of Slaughter to give haste to any of your low cost creatures, and try to put as many of the as possible to pump Vile Aggregate . Endless One may be used as finisher or to give you some play once the game has gotten long.

NOTE: Reality Smasher looks better suited for the job than Endless One. The biggest downside is the price, but if you can afford it, I would go for it.
