Captain Sisay competitive commander deck.

Primary win condition is Mindslaver + Yomiji, Who Bars the Way to lock all other players out of the game.

Alternate win conditions are Bruna, the Fading Light + Gaddock Teeg + Gisela, the Broken Blade for a soft lock, or Helm of the Host + Iona, Shield of Emeria for an (eventual) hard lock, or Avacyn, Angel of Hope + repeated board wipes for good old fashioned beatdown.

Paradox Engine is the primary combo engine for all of the above, particularly when combined with Honor-Worn Shaku.

Dragonlord Dromoka and Kozilek, the Great Distortion are counter-control answers to prevent disruption.

Bow of Nylea cycles graveyard cards back to deck if an opponent mills or destroys a combo piece.

The rest is mostly just mana ramp, toolbox, board wipes and spot removal.

Best possible opening hand would be Mana Crypt, Mana Vault, Sol Ring, Mox Opal, Mox Amber, Paradox Engine and either Akroma's Memorial or Helm of Kaldra for a turn one kill, as follows:

Cast Mana Crypt, tap to cast Sol Ring and Mana Vault, cast Mox Opal and float one white mana, tap vault and sol ring to cast Paradox Engine, cast Mox Amber triggering engine to untap the rocks, tap opal to float one green mana, tap colorless rocks to cast Akroma's Memorial or Helm of Kaldra, triggering another untap, then cast Captain Sisay using floating mana, equip helm if necessary, then proceed to tutor and cast any of the above combos.
