Maindeck

Need an eggcellent deck for modern night? What about a vicious combo to eggaasperate your friends? This deck has a dozen ways to do so!

In case you don't know how eggs works, here's the sticky yolk of it:

Use your first few turns setting up your mana base and some "eggs" i.e. Conjurer's Bauble, Chromatic Star, etc. Basically, an "egg" is any low mana artifact that lets you draw a card after playing or sacrificing it. And when developing your mana base, it is eggsential to assemble TRON so you have plenty of expendable mana as well as at least 1 source of white, be that in the form of a Chromatic Star or one of your white lands. Blue in this deck is for support, mostly.

Keep casting your eggs until you have a Faith's Reward or Open the Vaults in hand (Remember to read both cards to be sure you know exactly what they do and how they interact with your opponent).

Then make your eggs go to the graveyard by any means necessary and draw a ton of cards until one of your three wincons are in hand, these being Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, Scuttling Doom Engine or Banefire.

Then to win, they'll either scoop when you hardcast Emrakul and take that sweet extra turn, shoot them in the face with and uncounterable Banefire after dumping your entire carton of eggs onto the Ironworks, or beat them down with Scuttling Doom Engine then sac it to the Ironworks to deal 6 to the face.

Sideboard is completely up to your meta, and completely customizable to fit your needs. Best part, you can pretty much use any color of card because you have HELLA MANA FIXING. Go nuts!

TL;DR

It's a dirty combo to make your friends hate you. It's cheap and consistent. To be honest, there are more effective decks out there and more effective builds, but I like this one because you don't ALWAYS win with it. It makes you think and plan instead of blindly playing cards and attacking.

Sideboard

I know what you're thinking looking at that sideboard, it's weird. But that is the sideboard for my meta. Sideboarding for this deck should be just a toolbox to assist your combo into winning the game. Defending your lands against Blood Moon is incredibly important, so there are cards in there to help. Each other card in here is meant to hose another deck type and provide with wide coverage; also since you'll be drawing a lot of cards anyway, so you'll see them come up even as a one-of.

Bitter Ordeal - Use gravestorm to your advantage, since lots of artifacts will be going to the graveyard. Pick apart your opponent's deck (information is also important) and remove problem cards and combo pieces. Usually comes in to battle artifact hate in game 2.

Condescend - Cheap counterspell for control decks and helps fix your draws to boot.

Defense Grid - Fights through counterspells and targeted removal on your artifacts, also diminishes value on your opponent's spells.

Nevermore - Name any card giving you trouble, be it Karn Liberated or Blood Moon.

Pithing Needle - Low cost pseudo-egg that takes out some quality targets like Inkmoth Nexus or Archbound Ravager.

Platinum Angel - Comes in against infect or massively problematic decks that you worry can combo you out and have little removal.

Silence - Kills instant-win combo and can save your own combo in case of a blowout.

Vandalblast - Because affinity and the mirror.

Pyroclasm - Comes in against infect also, zoo, tokens, affinity, elves, etc.
