Introduction

This version is a typical semi-budget Edric deck. Although not purposely sought, there is a minor rogue and faerie theme present. The main strategy is to have your opponents kill each other for free card draw which is like crack to them. All the while you are building up an army of evasive 1-2 drops which net you huge card advantage. I used to run Fog effects but have since changed that in favor of more extra turn cards and counters. I have also streamlined the deck to bring the average CMC below 2 by cutting most creatures with >2 CMC.

Strategy

Don't worry though, you won't win by slowly pinging your opponents down with magical faeries since that's no fun. Unless of course, slapping people in the face with 1/1 faeries is fun to you. It would be like throwing shoes at your opponents...

Aggro Strategy

There's Biomass Mutation, Beastmaster Ascension, and Triumph of the Hordes to assist in the beat-downs. Beastmaster Ascension will not be hard to activate either. That's right, as your opponents slaughter each other for cards your little weenies will allow you to dig for your wincons. And then your little weenies turn into big evasive bruisers. Like faeries on steroids.

Not only does this have the potential to knock out your opponents, but it generates huge CA.

Extra Turn Strategy

This is the main strategy for the deck and what it strives to accomplish. Notorious Throng and Walk the Aeons are the extra turn cards to dig for. Mystical Tutor and Long-Term Plans let's us fetch these cards. Regrowth, Reclaim, Noxious Revival, and Eternal Witness let's us reuse the extra turn cards.
