Marchesa, day 1: Let's play 50 creatures, Unleash, undying, 3 archetypes, and a lot of exploit.

Marchesa, day 14: Let's cut down on the creaure count, so i can play artifacts, for cheap manafixing.

Marchesa, today: Synergy, Synergy, MOAAARR SYNERGY!

Marchesa is no longer needed to play the deck, but rather an easily accessible "Persist-resetter", "boardwipe-securer for utility creatures like sac-engines", or "Undying into immortal machine".

I think I have come to the point where I have as many combo's in the deck, only using cards that are useful enough on their own.

All combo's deal with creatures entering and leaving the battlefield. I have used Viscera Seer as the sac-engine in combo's where any free sac-outlet can be used.

• Puppeteer Clique + Sage of Fables + Viscera Seer = Rise of the Dark Realms minus your own graveyard. The above still applies.

In both of these combo's Sage of Fables can be replaced by Mikaeus, the Unhallowed. Using Mikaeus also allows for:

• Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + River Kelpie + Viscera Seer = draw your deck. Be careful though, as river kelpie's ability is not a MAY. In multiplayer, you might mill yourself before something like goblin bombardement could give you a win.

• Ashnod's Altar + Flayer of the Hatebound + Sage of Fables = win. Again, be careful as you might mill yourself while doing this. Flayer can be replaced by any other creature with undying to draw your deck.

There are a lot of variations to these combo's, some of which are not infinite, but near-infinite. In most combo's you could use Marchesa, the Black Rose to trigger once or twice a turn. The "at end of turn" on Marchesa prevents you from going infinite. i.e. Fleshbag Marauder + Marchesa, the Black Rose + Unspeakable Symbol = every turn, each opponent sacrifices a creature and you lose 3 life.

Sidenotes:

I have always been a tight-budget player, but I enjoy playing this deck so much, that I bought cards that push this deck out of the "budget" category. I realise that my mana-base is far from a competitive level.

The cards in Spanish are actually the ones that really need to be in the deck, but I have not yet acquired (the budget for).
