The goal is to ramp as fast as possible to cast Maelstrom Wanderer and get tons of creatures onto the battlefield. Once he's been cast, you can use Crystal Shard and Sunken Hope to put him into your hand and re-cast him again on each of your future turns. The easiest way to win is using Pathbreaker Ibex to pump all your creatures, which should all have haste if Maelstrom Wanderer is still on the field.
