This is a spooky version of a Reaper King commander deck that I made especially for playing around Halloween. As the name suggests, the deck runs All Hallow's Eve, which was the original inspiration for this deck. The deck is not meant to be "good" in a competitive sense, or even in the sense of having creatures that have moderately good abilities (Cyclopean Mummy, Headless Horseman, etc.), but it definitely wins the flavor war by a landslide. Only the spookiest of spooks, the most iconic monsters, and terrifyingiest (I know it's not a word - just go with it) of terrors made it into this deck. And yes, I did have to run some mana rocks, but hey, what's scarier than turn 1 Sol Ring into Thought Vessel? As far as the deck itself goes, there's Conspiracy and similar cards in order to make the Reaper King at least somewhat useful by turning all of your spooks into scarecrows. The obvious boardwipes like Damnation and Blasphemous Act are included because the art is fitting for Halloween, but beyond that, the goal of the deck is just to summon creatures, maybe win, and have fun relishing in the flavor of the deck. If you have any suggestions for new cards that are appropriately spooky or that I missed while building this deck, be sure to tell me about them!
