This is a control deck.It's meant to dismantle opponent's win engines and render them useless and unable to hurt you with a soft-lock. You can build the lock without the commander. It's not equipment voltron, white weenie, white tokens, white clerics - don't expect fast explosive wins. Can be played both in duel and multiplayer.

Game plan for the deck:

1) Ramp the mana. Use the dorks Scuttlemutt, Walking Atlas and tutors Land Tax , Journeyer's Kite, Weathered Wayfarer or the plains boosters Extraplanar Lens, Gauntlet of Power or Caged Sun to fix your mana needs. This deck is very mana-hungry, but thankfully it's mono-colored and runs lots of basics.

2) Build your lock. Paint enemy threats white with Distorting Lens, Cloudchaser Kestrel, Scuttlemutt or your commander. Avoid white threats with Circle of Protection: White , Rune of Protection: White , or Story Circle . You can also paint enemy attacking creatures white, and block them with your weenies if you get them pro-white.

3) Win with All Is Dust or Ugin, the Spirit Dragon by recoloring enemy lands white and blowing them all up. Alternatively, win with damage, commander damage or infect. Paint enemy blockers white, give your attackers pro-white with Earnest Fellowship or your commander, and swing for lethal. Use the manlands as additional damage sources.

Notable interactions:

*** Ugin, the Spirit Dragon + any color device can help you exile artifacts and lands.

*** Earnest Fellowship + Distorting Lens can break a lot of creature-based combos, where spells, triggers or ETB abilities need to be targeted to enable a loop. For example, Splinter Twin or Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker.

Everything else in the deck is Flex slots that are basically tutors, scary creatures, hate and removal to help you execute this plan.

Sideboarding:

Althought Painter's Servant is banned, some playgroups allow it. Replace it with Scuttlemutt.
